Duties and Responsibilities at Castle Rock Chevrolet GMC
Our service center prides itself on being the destination of choice for Mazda drivers. That's why we are hiring technicians that are ready to work for a top team. Here's a look at some duties and responsibilities expected of each automotive technician at our service center:
- Receive repair orders from the dispatcher and take the vehicle to the stall area.
- Perform all work as outlined on repair orders.
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform the repair as authorized.
- Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
- Document work performed.
- Road-test the vehicle to ensure repair has addressed the customer complaint.
- Quality check work performed.
